Auto Repair and Tire Services in Kingsburg

"I am writing to express my profound appreciation for the exceptional service I received at Village Tires on September 17th. My visit was prompted by a flat tire, which upon inspection, was also found to have significant tread wear. Despite arriving approximately 15 minutes before your closing time, your team immediately offered assistance. Service technician Kris greeted me professionally, assuring me that they would thoroughly inspect my tire and provide an estimate or solution without hesitation. The subsequent assessment of my vehicle was remarkably comprehensive. While addressing the primary issue of the damaged tire, the team proactively identified a bent rim on the opposite side of the vehicle that also required replacement. I commend their meticulous attention to detail in uncovering this additional issue, which could have led to further problems if left unaddressed. I was particularly impressed by the efficiency and resourcefulness displayed. A new tire was swiftly installed for the immediate concern, and a replacement rim was promptly ordered, arriving precisely as scheduled on Monday. Furthermore, the team devised a clever and effective temporary solution, enabling me to safely drive my car home until the new rim could be fitted. I wish to specifically commend Kris, along with Conner and Boyd, for their outstanding professionalism, expertise, and collaborative spirit throughout this entire process. Their collective effort transformed what could have been a stressful situation into a remarkably positive and reassuring experience. This level of customer care and dedication truly distinguishes Village Tires. Please extend my sincere gratitude to Kris, Conner, and Boyd for their exemplary service. I will certainly recommend your establishment based on this outstanding experience."

"Awesome place to do business, easy to work with. Call them on a Monday had my tires in by Tuesday morning and on my truck that afternoon. Didn't have a spare for my truck so they hooked me up with an old rim and took the best tire out of the old four and set me up with a spare. Reasonable prices no high pressure sales tactics or upsells. Can't recommend them enough."
